Registration opens around February. Keep an eye on our social media pages for the latest updates!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the program for the weekend?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At friday the campings opens at 12 am. There will be DJ's who starts playing at 2 pm to warm up for the party. The party will start at 20.30 and ends at 3:00 at night. On saturday you can sign up for the matches between 8 and 9 pm. The matches will finish around 5 pm. Again there is a awesome party between 20:30 and 3:00. On sunday you can sign up between 8:30 and 9:30. The matches will finish around 15:30.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are there food trucks and showers?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, there are multiple food trucks on the camping, competition side and at the party location. Besides, there is the availability to shower on the saterday at the competition side.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>What is the final registration date?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A final registration date cannot be defined, because: SOLD OUT = SOLD OUT! So it's best to register as soon as possible to prevent you from being unable to participate. <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you can participate. However, the deadline for cancellation is TBD. After this date, it is no longer possible to get your money back. <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, the best thing is not to unsubscribe and just join in.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is happening when the event is full?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A lot! The teams that register when all places are already full will be put on the reserve list. If there is still a spot available at your level (lucky peoples), we will send you a message that you can still participate in our tournament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat koop ik precies in de voorverkoop?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In de voorverkoop koop je trays met drank die je op het festival kunt ophalen bij de camping tent. We bieden twee opties aan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Tray Amstel bier \u2013 12 blikjes van 33cl<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Tray St\u00eblz \u2013 12 blikjes van 25 cl met de smaken St\u00eblz Hard Seltzer Peach en St\u00eblz Hard Ice Tea Lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Is voorverkoop goedkoper dan op het festival zelf?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In de voorverkoop kun je trays met drank kopen tegen een voordelige prijs die dicht bij supermarktprijzen ligt en goedkoper is dan wanneer je losse drankjes achter de bar koopt op het festival. Daarnaast staan de trays al gekoeld voor je klaar, dus je hoeft zelf niets mee te sjouwen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Tray Amstel bier (12 \u00d7 33cl): \u20ac16,70 excl. statiegeld<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Tray Stelz (12 \u00d7 25cl \u2013 Peach of Ice Tea Lemon): \u20ac22,49 excl. statiegeld<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het statiegeld op de blikjes wordt apart gerekend en betaal je bij aankoop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tot wanneer kan ik drank in de voorverkoop bestellen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je kunt je drank in de voorverkoop bestellen tot en met 3 mei.<\/p>\n<p>Na deze datum wordt de bestelling definitief en is het niet meer mogelijk om je bestelling te annuleren of te wijzigen. Zorg er dus voor dat je bestelling v\u00f3\u00f3r 3 mei compleet is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waar kan ik mijn bestelde drank ophalen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je kunt je bestelde drank <\/span>ophalen bij de campingtent op het grote campingterrein. Met duidelijke borden wordt aangegeven waar je precies moet zijn, zodat je de pick-up locatie makkelijk kunt vinden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat moet ik laten zien bij het ophalen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij het ophalen van je bestelling vragen we je om <\/span>een geldig legitimatiebewijs en je orderbevestiging te laten zien. Zo kunnen we je bestelling snel en correct meegeven.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Hoelaat kan ik mijn voorbestelde drank ophalen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je kunt je voorbestelde drank ophalen op de volgende tijden:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Vrijdag 12 juni: van 12:00 tot 18:00 uur<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Zaterdag 13 juni: van 15:30 tot 18:00 uur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let op: je bestelling moet in \u00e9\u00e9n keer volledig worden opgehaald<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Het is niet mogelijk om een bestelling in delen op te halen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan ik mijn bestelling aanpassen of annuleren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja, je kunt je bestelling <\/span>aanpassen of annuleren tot en met xx.<\/p>\n<p>Na deze datum wordt je bestelling definitief en is het niet meer mogelijk om deze te wijzigen of te annuleren<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Controleer dus goed je bestelling voordat de voorverkoop sluit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan ik ook drank kopen zonder voorverkoop?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja, natuurlijk! Het is ook gewoon mogelijk om drank te kopen zonder voorverkoop. De <\/span>bar op de camping opent vanaf 14:00 uur, dus er is voldoende gelegenheid om daar drank te halen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanaf dat moment zal er ook muziek zijn op het terras, zodat je alvast lekker kunt genieten van de sfeer. Natuurlijk kun je ook gewoon bij je tent van je drankje genieten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoeveel bier kan ik bestellen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per team is het mogelijk om maximaal 8 trays drank te bestellen, naar keuze (bier of St\u00eblz).<\/p>\n<p>De bestelling moet worden geplaatst door de aanvoerder van het team, met het e-mailadres waarmee het team is ingeschreven. Zo kunnen we de bestelling aan het juiste team koppelen.<\/p>\n<p>Let op: als je met hetzelfde e-mailadres meerdere teams hebt ingeschreven, kun je ook voor meerdere teams bestellen<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (dus maximaal 8 trays per team).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><b>When will we know which bands are coming?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take a look at our <a href=\"https:\/\/subdomains\/buto.facebook.com\/hajraa.buitentoernooi\/\">social media<\/a> to stay updated on the line-up\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>To which levels can the different categories of the Mix be compared?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix Divisie: 3e + 2e + 1e divisie + topdivisie + eredivisie<br \/>\nMixed High Class: Promotion Class + 1st Class<br \/>\nMixed Low Class: 2nd + 3rd Class<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mixed Recreational: Recreational + 4th Class\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> klasse + recreatief<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What time do the matches start and until what time do they last?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We aim to start the matches on Saturday at 09:00 a.m. They'll finish around 4:00 p.m.. On Sunday the races will start at 09:30 a.m. and end around 15:00 p.m.. This of course also differs with how many teams you have in a pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How many ladies should at least play in a mixed team?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There must be at least 2 ladies in a mixed team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>I signed up and ended up on the reserve list, do I already have to pay?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, you don't have to pay yet when you are put on the reserve list. As soon as there are places available, you will receive a message of the organization with the payment details. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organization <\/span>with a payment request that can be paid via iDEAL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the opening time of the camping on friday?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The campsite opens on Friday, June 12 at 12 noon! The DJs start spinning from 2 pm, so make sure you're there!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there a place available to charge phones?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, unfortunately there isn't.
